Settled case involving a founder expelled from his company after taking the case over from a “BigLaw” firm. More than two years after litigation had been filed, Dynamis attorneys took over a case filed in the Business Litigation Section of Suffolk Superior Court (Massachusetts). Due to Dynamis attorneys aggressive and creative lawyering, the case settled (confidentially) just a few months later.
Represented law firm owner in business dispute with executive at the law firm. Secured highly favorable resolution in pre-litigation context.

In this case, Dynamis secured a very favorable pre-litigation settlement on behalf of a music technology company that had licensed its product to a large social media company.

Represented Shipyard Software, a decentralized exchange in a dispute with its venture capital funder in Delaware Chancery Court. Shipyard engaged Dynamis to help it solve a dispute with one of its major shareholders regarding the value of crypto-assets pledged to a liquidity pool for a decentralized exchange. After approximately a year of litigation, the case settled very favorably for our client.
Defended LLC in New York state court disputes over $11 million note and mortgage secured against commercial property. Based on successful litigation, the client secured a lucrative buyout in lieu of further litigation or collection efforts on the loan.
Settled breach of contract dispute between large cannabis company and former owners and investors. Dynamis attorneys defended the company, raised counterclaims, and ultimately negotiated a favorable settlement.
Obtained $2.9 million jury verdict, after four day trial, in Florida state court for mid-size e-retail company. Client prevailed on breach of contract and tortious interference claims against global freight company that breached shipping contract.
