Yusef is counsel for Dynamis LLP in Los Angeles, where he focuses on complex litigation, investigations, and international disputes. He guides clients through all phases of litigation, from strategy and pre-suit investigations to trial and appeal, formulating tailored approaches to maximize their prospect of success. Yusef has extensive experience drafting dispositive motions, defending key depositions, and managing large-scale discovery. His proven ability to navigate intricate legal and factual issues, paired with his powerful written and oral advocacy, make him a trusted adviser in resolving challenging, high-stakes cases.
Experience & Representative Matters
Yusef started his legal career as a judicial law clerk to Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and then-Chief Judge Jeffrey R. Howard in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, where he obtained rare insight into how adjudicators decide cases. He went on to work at one of the largest and most successful litigation firms in the world, where he played an integral role in securing substantial legal victories for Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals, including in motion practice and at trial.
