Based in Dynamis’ New York office, Lynn specializes in complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, and cross-border disputes.
Prior to joining Dynamis LLP, Lynn was a litigation and international arbitration law clerk at two leading global law firms. Lynn received her LL.M. with honors from Columbia Law School, where she was the recipient of the Carol B. Liebman Mediation Prize for conflict resolution, the Parker School Recognition of Achievement in International and Comparative Law, and the Common Certificate of Achievement in Global Business Law & Governance (in partnership with Sciences Po Paris and Sorbonne University). While at Columbia, Lynn served as the co-President of the Columbia International Arbitration Association (CIAA); was a Research Assistant to Prof. George A. Bermann and Prof. Kabir Duggal; and was an IP Transactional Practice Teaching Assistant to Prof. Mavis Fowler-Williams. Lynn was also a Legal Intern with the World Bank Group at the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and at the United Nations where she worked for the United Nations Independent Expert on Human Rights in Haiti William O’Neill.
Lynn is fluent in French, English, and Spanish with a working proficiency in Portuguese and Italian.
