Former Crypto Plaintiffs’ Lawyers Launch High-Profile Firm
Two former partners of the cryptocurrency-focused law firm Freedman Normand Friedland have launched their own firm, Dynamis. Eric Rosen and Constantine Economides, both with significant legal backgrounds, aim to focus on high-profile cases and capitalize on what they see as a timely opportunity in the legal market. Rosen previously led the U.S. federal investigation into the "Varsity Blues" college admissions scandal, while Economides has worked on recovery efforts related to Bernie Madoff’s Ponzi scheme. Their new firm will be based in Boston, Miami, and New York and will operate independently, although they plan to collaborate with Freedman Normand on cases involving crypto lawsuits and investor protection.
Dynamis has already attracted cases, including one against Coinbase on behalf of individuals claiming to be scam victims. Rosen and Economides emphasized their desire for the firm to represent more than just their names, suggesting a broader mission in the legal landscape.
